Using the Cooking Rack
Using the Cooking Rack for KitchenAid Over the Range Microwave
The cooking rack comes with some KitchenAid microwaves and can be used with convection cooking and broiling cycles only. To avoid damage to the microwave oven, do not use cooking rack in combination with microwave cooking.
The cooking rack will become hot. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling.
Positioning the Cooking Rack
For best cooking results, use Cooking Rack only in the recommended position
- Place cooking rack on slide rails as shown below.
- Push in tray to stop position.
- Check that the Cooking Rack is level.
