U.S.
The warranty covers cosmetic issues for new products and the accessories that come with it, which may arise during the warranty period that are not caused by the consumer. (eg. paint imperfections, peeling, flaking, loose trim bands).
Canada
Cosmetic issues are limited to 30 days.
Accessories
The warranty includes the accessories that come with the product, including bowls, beaters, blender jars, carafes and more.
Refurbished products
No warranty coverage for cosmetic issues.
