Chef Knife
Use: Among the most versatile knives in the kitchen, this knife is great for chopping, mincing, slicing vegetables, and slicing meat, as well as many other uses.
Slicer Knife
Use: The slicer is great for carving roasts, turkey ham or other cooked meats into serving portions. The long thin blade promotes maximum contact between food and meat for thin slices. The slicer can also be used for chopping, mincing or slicing vegetables.
Bread Knife

Santoku Knife
Use: Great for garlic, spices or other mincing and dicing functions. Combining the features of a cleaver and a chef's knife, this multipurpose knife minces dices and slices.

Utility Knife
